My name is Hayley Magill and I was born in raised here in Barrie. I attended W.R.Best Memorial Public School from Kindergarten to Grade 8. I then attended Eastview Secondary School. After high school I began my 4 year degree at Laurentian University with a major in Specialized Psychology. Afterwards, I went to the Ontario Institute of Technology where I received my Bachelor of Education. While in university I spent all 5 years working alongside children with special needs. I have spent many summers in Squamish, British Columbia working with the Easter Seals overnight camp programs. I have also lived in Calgary, Alberta in 2009-2010 and worked as a teacher for the Calgary Board of Education. In 2010 I moved back to Simcoe County and have been fortunate enough to work in a variety of schools and classrooms in my home town. I enjoy spending time with my family, going for walks with my dog Sprocket, playing volleyball and traveling wherever, and whenever, possible. I am looking forward to our year ahead!
